We strengthen our skills over time through practical experience in our individual careers, and we've also acquired certifications to back up our knowledge.

BA in Product Ownership
2 days of training will take you through the most used BA tools and techniques you need to be successful when being responsible for managing a product.
Business Analysis
Helps you to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions. You'll find out how to elicit and document requirements, create process models, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Customer Success
Prioritizes cultivating long-lasting relationships with customers, the "How To's" of increased retention and business growth. You'll learn how to define success metrics, identify customer needs, and develop strategies to deliver value.
Customer Experience
It's a continuation module to Customer Success training, focusing its agenda on effective communication, empathy, and active listening. It dives deeper into customer journey mapping, creating customer personas, and designing engagement strategies that deliver results.
